David has over 15 years of experience in the annuity industry and has been involved in the pricing of several industry-leading annuity products. His expertise covers the full range of product development including initial concept, pricing, modeling, hedging, reinsurance, and go-to-market planning.

He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst, and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. David has published research on registered index-linked annuities in the Society of Actuaries' Product Matters and served as an elected member of the SOA Product Development Section Council from 2023 to 2025.
